This resort is very well appointed, it is 20 minutes drive out of Ubud central, close enough to enjoy all that Ubud has to offer, while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Central Ubud to enjoy the peace of Bali. From the time we arrived to the time we left we were made to feel very welcome, the staff are very friendly and professional and cannot do enough for you. I would strongly recommend Anumana De Suite as the place to stay in Bali, we will return soon.

Exceptional service and incredible stay

Staying at this hotel was truly one of the best experiences of my life! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made me feel like I was staying with family rather than at a hotel. I’ve never experienced such remarkable hospitality anywhere else. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort I could have asked for. Waking up to such a serene and picturesque setting was truly a dream. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes that started each day on the perfect note. The hotel itself is set in an amazing location, surrounded by breathtaking beauty and offering easy access to local attractions. The peaceful ambiance, coupled with the outstanding service, made it the perfect getaway. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfect and every need was met. Their kindness and dedication made my stay unforgettable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough – it’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel genuinely cared for. Can’t wait to return!

This is our first time staying in Bali and Anumana de Suite was a beautiful establishment to stay at. The staff was lovely. They were all so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. It was very convenient have a 24/7 check in time. Our flight landed late and we didn’t arrive until close to 1am. We were greeted with a smile from Purnayasa and he helped us with our check-in process as well as getting us settled in our room. He was also there as we were checking out and was kind enough to help us with our luggage during that time as well. We got the room with the hot tub on the balcony and were on the 1st floor which is actually the highest floor. (6th floor is ground level with the swim up pool). Waking up to that beautiful view was wonderful everyday. The establishment was very clean surrounded by beautiful greenery. Our room was refreshed everyday with clean towels and more bottles of water. We were able to eat the complimentary breakfast every morning and it was a good mix between traditional Balinese foods as well as other breakfast items such as pancakes, salad bar, fresh fruit, breads and yogurt. I very much enjoyed being able to try a different fresh fruit juice every morning. They were SO good! (Dragon fruit, guava, mango, watermelon, pineapple, apple, and kiwi) Overall this was an amazing place to stay & very quiet to enjoy nature and personal time. They offered a few activities throughout the week they will inform you about if you have time.10/10!

Ade our driver was amazing & friendly!!! The overall staff was excellent. Gede, Emik and Sabrina showed true hospitality!!! The area was super convenient to all the great restaurants and excursions. The property was well kept and this was such a great vacation. Very comfortable stay!!!

Vi letade länge tills vi hittade ett boende i Ubud och till slut blev det denna! Wow kan jag bara säga, det var så värt det. Personalen är helt underbara och så välkomnande, finns restaurang och room service till sent på kvällen. Boendet har gemensam pool och bubbelpool utomhus, poolen var lite kall men bubbelpoolen var varm. Vi hade rummet med Jacuzzi och det funkade felfritt. De har även gratis transport in och ut ur stan flera gånger om dagen vilket kan vara väldigt bekvämt vid vissa tider. Allt på hotellet har varit över förväntan, speciellt frukosten när Bayu tar emot en. Han förtjänar en extra stjärna, så trevlig och serviceminded.

Otel yeni olduğu için henüz keşfedilmediğini düşünüyorum. Çalışanlar inanılmaz kibar ve ilgiliydi. Ubud merkeze ücretsiz transfer imkanı sunmaları harikaydı. Zaten merkeze yakın diyebiliriz. Otelin genel konumu, manzarası ve atmosferi mükemmeldi. Sadece kahvaltısı yetersizdi diyebilirim bu da zamanla gelişecektir.
