"I really loved this property and hated to leave! Everything was wonderful. The property is so beautiful and serene. The staff were magnificent. Everyone we encountered was so professional and helpful and nice from the front desk staff to the staff in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. "ホテル構内の景色は美しく癒されました。対応くださったホテルのスタッフもどなたも親切で優しかった。外出しなくてもホテル内でも十分に楽しめます。ただ、ビラは少々古く、木材が湿った特殊な臭いもありました。空間消臭剤かアロマディフューザーがあればいいのですが。蚊帳はあって便利ですが、何年か使っているせいで汚れや血などあって汚いです。定期的に交換してクリニーングに出せたらと良いです。"

"The property is beautiful, lush with greenery and water features everywhere, and is very well-maintained. I felt totally relaxed in this green heaven. The staff were polite and attentive. However, housekeeping was a bit slack. I had to remind them 3 consecutive days to make up the room and provide the basic necessities like water bottles, cups, glasses, hand-towels, etc. This was a bit off-putting. Other than this glitch, the overall experience was good. "

"This is a beautiful and peaceful resort. We loved our one-bedroom pool villa. It was so refreshing and relaxing. Best of all were the people who run the resort. They went beyond my expectations to provide us with the best stay. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. I was so sad to say goodbye. If I return to Bali, I will return to the Komaneka!"
