"We had 3 rooms booked for 5 nights for 2 families with kids. 2 rooms where ready on time and 1 room was given to us 1.5h passed the 3pm check-in time. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty.
