Tranquil Paradise
My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. We loved the location - right in the heart of Ubud close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, but tucked down a long driveway for a quiet and relaxing space. We found the staff to be incredibly attentive and we were greeted by name every time we went past the reception desk. We will be back to stay again.

Low cost with good service.
Short walking distance from the main shopping road. Very nice and quiet place with very friendly staff. Room service was exceptional, very prompt catering exactly what we wanted. Drawback was AC not working, mattress could be better, lotion and shampoo missing and locker in the room very ancient and not user friendly. Although repair was prompt. Stay here for cheap cost, exceptional service, very friendly staff, serene environment, good pool and good food.

Lovely resort in a beautiful landscape.
I enjoyed my time at Artini resort. It was a very peaceful environment. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, although many did not understand english. However the walls of my room were very thin and i could hear everything in nearby rooms. That was my only criticism. Very close to great restaurants and the yoga barn.

The Artini was great. It had a very relaxing feel to it. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the staff was very good. I will stay there again the next time I am in Ubud.

Unfortunately the ac did not work for my entire stay, everyday they sent a technician to fix it while i was away yet at night it didnt work, they kept sending me to another room temp to sleep at 3 am. Bar the ac issue everything else at the hotel is value for money and the staff are friendly. Try to get one of the new rooms to avoid technical issues in the aged ones

Lovely resort in heart of Ubud
Artini resort was a beautiful place to stay in central Ubud. The grounds were picturesque and rooms well appointed with comfortable bedding and modern bathroom facilities and gorgeous terrace overlooking the grounds. It was a very peaceful and relaxing environment with no noise from surrounding areas. There are two large swimming pools to choose from with plenty of room to relax on the sun beds. The buffet breakfast provided enough variety such as fresh fruit, eggs/omelette, toast and traditional Indonesian dishes. Staff were lovely and friendly and helped with anything that they could. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great value hotel!
We stayed at the Artini 3 longer than planned because we liked it so much. We had a top floor room overlooking the small pool and gardens. The big pool was perfect for swimming. I would say that there should be a few more umbrellas on the pool deck. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Beautiful resort in good location
We loved our stay here. The resort is beautiful and we highly recommend their offering making class, we had a great afternoon with Daya who was patient and funny and lovely. The pools are perfect, food is yummy and good cocktails. Location is great, really close to yoga barn which is what we wanted and tons of great restaurant and spa options around even though we weren't in 'centre'. Easy walk to monkey forest etc. Only downside was that we didn't have hot water in our room for our whole stay despite telling reception 3 times and being told they would sort it.

calm but close!
great relaxing place to unwind after busy days out in ubud. it is at the south end of the town so requires a bit of walking, but worth it for the quiet and beautiful spot. lots of restaurants near by and the money forest, yoga barn etc. pool is amazing and staff were great and helped whenever necessary. I'll stay here again for sure!

Lovely hotel and facilities, I still can't believe the price for what you get. The staff couldn't do enough to help. There are currently some refurbishments/development going on however there was barely any noise or disruption. Great location - easy access by road from the south of Ubud and walking distance to the centre but the hotel itself is set back from the main road. There's a minimarket, ATM and restaurants right on the main road and the Yoga Barn is a 5 minute walk. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff were amazing! All the rooms have new beautiful furniture. Incredible value for money! Only downside was that my room was on top of a sewerage pipe, thus smelt a bit bad in the bathroom. Apart from that i was extremely happy with everything.

Good hotel but service not very organised
Room was comfortable with good views - we were in new block. Bed was very comfortable. Two swimming pools. Breakfast was so so - not great ! However, you can hear people speaking in your adjacent rooms. Found the service not very organised. We didn't have hair-drier, shampoo was not refilled (was waiting for it in the shower), water bottles were not there, cups were not there and were not cleaned/replaced during room cleaning, key didn't work when we came back from sightseeing first day etc. But staff promptly acted to fix these. One has to go through steep climb to the reception from room from the new block and it was slightly tiring. Location is close to monkey forest (~15 minutes walk) - not really in the very centre of Ubud - about half an hour walk to Ubud market, which is a nice walk. There is a good spa just next to hotel and lots restaurants etc. Atmosphere was very peaceful and beautiful !!

Beautiful oasis in Ubud
In an often claustrophobic Ubud the Artini cottages 3 provides a place to relax and unwind. The hotel buildings are traditionally styled but equipped with standard modern luxuries (good aircon, cable tv, temperamental wifi). The staff are really helpful and we extended our stay by a day to spend it by the pool overlooking the grounds of the hotel. The hotel is close to the monkey forrest but a good distance away (maybe 3km) from the centre of Ubud but the free area shuttle was available to drop us or collect us from anywhere within ubud. Overall I would recommend Artini cottages 3. The only issue i would highlight are the steep slopes that have to be climbed and descended to get from the reception to the pool as the hotel is built in a valley. These may be difficult for older people but wasn't an issue for us.

After 20 years better than ever
We came to Artini 3 twenty years ago and we were charmed by the beauty of the site as well as the friendliness of the staff. Today it is still as friendly and even more beautiful with the new building and second pool.

Traditional hotel set in lovely gardens
I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the recently built new section so everything was new & fresh. I stayed with my partner & 10year old son. Nice room not overly large but with good sized balcony overlooking the garden. The garden & pools are a feature of this hotel. There is a fabulous new large infinity edge pool - big enough for lap swimming, with swim up bar. All staff are lovely. The food at Artinu 3 is not that good. Basic breakfast. Limited menu in the restaurant & actual food just okay. I would still stay here as it is paradise & plenty of food options close by. We loved out stay in Ubud at Artini 3.

Beautifully appointed hotel with flaws
The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The pools look over rice paddies and have a pool bar. We stayed in the new rooms which were beautifully furnished. There was an awful smell when the exhaust fan was on in the bathroom however this may be due to the rooms being very new. Big balconies that overlook the gardens or pool. The thing that let this hotel down was poor staff training. The communication was not very good and simple requests were either overlooked or not understood. The reception was average. The location of the hotel is great. A short walk to many restaurants and cafes, shops and spas.

The hotel and staff were great, breakfast was reasonably good too. But there is currently major construction going on at the hotel and that means lots of workers are carrying things around the grounds, past the reception and pool area (there is no road access to the back of the site, so everything is people carried from the entrance). The view of the paddy fields is now a second pool. I would check that construction works are completed (probably in the next month or two) if you don't like the sound of circular saws when you're relaxing. Otherwise, location is great, and rooms are comfortable. No other complaints

Artini Cottages 3 has great atmosphere -even though it's not too far off the busy street. Very nice rooms, gardens and pool well maintained and the staff friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Treasured oasis is busy Ubud
Love Artini cottages! Great location near fabulous food, shopping, spas, monkey forest and yoga barn. I stayed there last year as well. Very helpful and friendly staff. They even threw me a birthday party with flowers and cake when they found out it was my birthday. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Ubud.

BEAUTIFUL Hotel
We booked at Artini 3 and ended up staying longer because we loved it. BEAUTIFUL hotel. Rooms were immaculate and completely updated. The hotel is down a long alley and it feels very secluded but you are very close to the monkey forest and shopping, restaurants, temples, etc. Hotel staff is amazing. Breakfast was delicious, lots of selection. Pool was perfect. Rice terrace just to the left of our building. Note: There is construction going on as they are building a fitness center. The workers were extremely nice and we even bought them drinks on a couple occasions. That being said, if daytime construction noise is going to bother you, keep it in mind. It did not bother us at all. We will definitely stay at Artini again on our next trip to Bali!

We are feel welcome when first entered to this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean and nice. The hotel have motor bike rental service, so that you can walk around at Ubud area.

Awesome property. Spacious and clean rooms. Noisy A/C and ceiling fan. Best budget hotel we stayed at BUT after being not interested in their efforts to sell us a tour we felt we were looked down upon. I explained that tours sold outside are cheaper and so are the taxis because of the commission hotels keep from selling each tour. I felt I was being punished for being smart with my money. The harrassement never stopped with suggestions of having breakfast at their restaurant (which wasnt included in our stay unlike the other hotels which was included and a buffet 3x the size!) Durind check out, after finding my own taxi they ran out and harrassed the taxi driver for a commission. I was so disappointed with their actions. Hotels are supposed to help the tourist find the best cheapest whatever and not try to rip us off.

Our stay here was excellent. The staff are lovely and so happy to talk to the guests. We were recommended by the manager about a ceremony that was going on in Bali which we were so thankful. Room was great, pool excellent, running machine and yoga mats to enjoy too!! I would recommend a stay here the only downfall is that there is a little construction going on currently for a new section of the hotel but it didnt disturb us really and they don't work to late either!!
