Great hotel would stay again

Incredible hotel with great facilities, shame we were only here for 1 night and had an early wake up for sunrise - very noisy with neighbours and jungle wildlife though!

This resort is sublime. The staff are so generous and kind. They brought me a special tea when I felt ill and then on my husband‘s birthday they brought us a delicious cake complete with a candle. The environment is enchanting, the facilities offer everything you could possibly need or want. The breakfasts are scrumptious.

Fabulous property set in beautiful grounds, rice fields on site and surrounding area. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Bedrooms were beautiful layout very spacious some areas or shelves, wardrobes could do with deeper clean, skirtings and corners ,but overall - lovely stay great anrea , slightly anway from hub but easy quick taxi ride, I would definitely recommend.

Perfect relaxing atmosphere! Attentive but not over the top service. Property a bit dated but well maintained. Privetly owned property which makes the difference, not like a chain hotel! Excellent food (breakfast and dinner) and good value for money! Little oasis in the buzzling city of Ubud!

I liked - friendly staff - large villas - lovely resort - complementary afternoon tea - restaurant for dinner was nice - free shuttle bus service - mosquito box came in handy! I didn't like - spa times not consistent with website - spa appointments bookings / could not make use of the happy hour discounts - free photo shoot is not free! Had to pay +1 million IDR for 10 photos! This should be advertised as special offer rather than free as this was very misleading.

This villa resort is a paradise away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Despite being located away from the tourist amenities, the setting, private pool, public pool, beautiful villa with outdoor bathtub, excellent food and staff service are more than enough for a fulfilling and highly satisfying stay. If the hotel could ensure that the bathtub and private pool is better cleaned, then it would make the place a perfect resort. Regardless, I am a highly satisfied guest and would recommend anyone to give this villa a go. Definitely a must-stay villa resort amidst the rice terrace and highly authentic yet stylish Balinese architecture. Love it!

We had a great time in Ubud and this property was stunning! We stayed for 6 nights in a 1 bed pool villa. It was GORGEOUS. the room itself was very open concept. The pool and daybed/cabana was so convenient. The main pool was beautiful. The food was delicious and the drinks were good too. For us - the cocktails were VERY sweet so we didn’t fully enjoy that, but that’s just a personal preference, nothing to do with the resort. unfortunately knocking a star as the actual service for drinks and food…. It was extremely slow. ordering a single can of Coke at the pool bar (with no one else there) it took 15 minutes to bring over. For cocktails sometimes longer. For breakfast and dinner, there were times we waited an hour for our food. One morning we actually didn’t even get our breakfast. I understand creating a relaxing atmosphere but I feel an hour is a bit long. Overall we had an amazing time at the resort and I’d recommend it to others! Just be prepared to wait a bit !!

Wonderful and peaceful

Wonderful stay, beautiful tranquil resort with the friendliest staff we encounted, they went out if their way and beyond to make our stay memorable, nothing was too much trouble. The gardens and surrounds are beautifully kept. This was our second visit and we will be back.

Il resort é ubicato in una location incredibile, circondato dalla vegetazione è ricco di risaie. Il personale é stato molto gentile nel soddisfare tutte le ns richieste. We loved it. Tolle Unterkunft und Anlage mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal und sehr guten Essen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, auch weil die Anlage eine übersichtliche Größe hat und man kaum anderen Gästen begegnet. Unsere Villa mit Blick auf die Reisterrassen hat nichts vermissen lassen. Wir wären sehr gerne auch noch länger geblieben bzw. würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Peaceful but close to town

Location was good easy to walk into town with only a short stretch of road with no pavement, this was more than made up for with a perfectly peaceful villa private pool and fantastic staff just great. Photos do not do it justice
