"We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. "The location is excellent, the staff are great, and the room (a studio) was surprisingly spacious. There is no housekeeping other than emptying the bin (which is fine, just noting it). The lighting was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything in the kitchen or in the wardrobes after dusk. "Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far.
