"Manager is very helpful and a kind person. I stayed for four nights. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are clean. Wi-Fi is very good. The room size is decent . One mile from Watford junction station. Takes fifteen minutes by walk to reach the station . I avoided uber as i preferred walking . There is also a Sainsbury supermarket within ten minutes walk. Safe location and no empty eerie roads . I am ok with the facility."

"We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning even in winter, perfect for walks. A truly luxurious but family-friendly hotel. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely return."

"The Staff were amazing, helpful and patient. I had to extend the stay for one evening but was unable to do this on the app. I booked a separate room for the additional night and the staff kindly allowed me to use the same room for the whole week! They were polite every time.I spoke to them"
