"The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 1 night, but got to try out the free pool for a quick swim before breakast. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet which at £10 i thought was good value. Parking is a bit of a problem, but the building is Victorian era so to be expected. The room we had was in need of a bit of TLC with the decor, but the bed was soft and clean and the ensuite was modern. We will definitely consider staying here again when we're next in Devon."

"Only negative was cold water in rooms was not cold. It was a bit far from the bus station but very near a beach and sea lido. The swimming pool was warm and so was the room it was in. It was open long hours so was convenient and not too busy."

"This was our first visit to Bournemouth, we were there to assist our granddaughter in her move to university and with the Chine Hotel we picked a gem of an Hotel. "Excellent hotel, very respectful and responsive staff. The location is incredible, a 5min walk to the London Eye, Waterloo station. 20min to Borough market. 15-20min to Westminster, depending on how busy the bridge is. Incredibly quiet. No street noise. And the pool and spa area offered a nice place to relax after a long day being a tourist. We were so pleased. "
