"I arrived at 11 am so I could swim. I did the self check in, but I never received a call about my room being ready. I went to check at 3 pm( check in time) and the staff at the self checking literally told me standing there won’t make my check in faster and to go find something to do. "We had a great stay overall! Everything was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that we weren’t actually booked in the Paris Hotel rooms—we were placed in rooms at the connected hotel next door instead. Other than that, the experience was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay."
