This property is top notch. The service is exemplary, from the servers at breakfast, to the front desk staff and the cleaners. It was the best service I experienced in Bali. The amenities in the rooms were amazing with the little free extras really make it feel like a 5 star. The food was delicious too! The breakfast was amazing! You could order all you wanted with no limitations. The room was large and comfortable and the bed and pillows as well. This was my favorite place in Seminyak!

I have just checked out of Potato Head Suites & Studios having had the most amazing time. Everything about my stay was simply perfection. Every member of staff I interacted with during my stay was simply fantastic - a special shout out to the wonderful Ina who made my stay incredibly special. She was just marvellous in every way. I also had excellent service from Raymond, Kembur and Juni who were all great.. I can’t remember the lovely guy who checked me in or the fabulous girl who checked me out but they were both fantastic too. Everything about this place is phenomenal - the sunsets are spectacular, the pool and daybeds are fab and the food is exquisite - I tried a range of food at breakfast - beautiful tropical fruit, iced coffee, French toast and fabulous juices - and it was all perfect. I also ate by the pool and got room service and every single thing was delicious. The bedroom was great - not massive but I didn’t need or want it to be - but the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever stayed in. I have been extremely lucky to stay in wonderful hotels all over the world but Potato Head Suites is my new fave. Amazing staff, beautiful sunsets, spectacular food.. I cannot rave about this place enough. I loved it and will be back as soon as I can.

Absolutely loved our stay here for my 50th birthday - it was the perfect place to celebrate. The staff are to be commended for their approach to service - it ranks amongst the friendliest, most genuine and most attentive hospitality we've experienced in Bali. In addition, the resort has such a cool and unique vibe, the pool is gorgeous, the breakfast is amazing and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

I loved the minimalist approach this hotel had, the service unparalleled and the bonus facilities like the beach club was amazing! They gave us a complimentary upgrade as it was our first time visiting them! Can’t say enough about how great this place and the people are. I especially enjoyed the breakfast with the most spectacular view, the food was excellent too! Also, love their ethos with regards to “ less waste” and they generously gave us water bottles to use that we got to keep! Already looking forward to our next stay there next year!

Amazing resort to stay at while in Bali! The staff were very attentive to our needs. A quick message on WhatsApp and minutes later an employee was at our door. The room was very stylish and clean. The resort property is beautiful and the architecture and design are very unique. The pool area with the daybeds is fantastic, and the free breakfast was delicious. I will stay here again if I come back to Bali!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Incredible interiors and facilities, really inspiring space to stay, reminded me of an art university, so much space, cool installations, not too busy too! Food is delicious, unique offering but really fresh and something for everyone. The rooms and interiors are beautiful, loves every inch of our room. The bathrooms were so spacious and very luxurious. Would stay here over and over!

Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Limited menu for coeliac (gluten free) used external restaurants at night for dinner. Arrived early due to flight time and no facilities for early arrivals. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Spa facilities were fantastic and the treatments offered were availed of.

Brilliant concept, outstanding service. From welcoming until farewell, all staffs in all areas were all on-hand and ready to assist you. Would love to spend more nights here, definitely will be back again. Great location and service. If you want a party beach vibe this location is great and this hip hotel has a sophisticated vibe. Environmental friendly and sustainable ethos and design is impressive. Direct access to potato head beach club is also a bonus. The staff are so friendly and attentive, we stayed in the suites with a pool but didn’t actually use our pool, the pools at the hotel and beach club are all we needed, great views, day beds, great service and feel good trendy atmosphere. The room looks a bit worn and 70’s retro feel, but I think this is the sustainable aspect. The art work and design of the hotel are spectacular though, combined with local culture.

Resort was very clean. Food was great. However daybeds were usually full even on guest only side. Very overcrowded at beach club and service was slow at times for simple orders (food came before drinks had arrived). When we checked out they would not let our Gojek taxi come to the lobby and we had to shuttle all the way to the gate.

Fantastic stay, impeccable service
Our bamboo studio was very comfortable. The service was truly impeccable - at the restaurants, housekeeping, front desk. When my partner sprained his ankle, staff were so quick to bring a wheelchair, get him to the clinic outside the resort, etc. Everyone so caring and accommodating. Really feels like home when staff call you by your first name. Breakfast was fabulous. Really enjoyed the high quality choices. Delicious, so well done. The restaurants were also fantastic - Kaum and Ijen. I also had fun taking advantage of the guest experiences - yoga, jamu making, follow the waste tour (this was so interesting; it's impressive how Potato Head is approaching sustainability and zero waste!). And the design features of Potato Head were simply unique. Overall, a fantastic stay for us. Highly recommended.

Some places just keep getting better!
Just completed my 8th or 9th stay at Potato Head….Ive lost count now! But I know where I’m staying again next time! Some places in life just get better with time. For me Potato Head is one of these places! They really pay attention to their guests and the wide variety of programs they offer to individualize each guests experience. Sunrise morning meditation with Kim is always so magical, we flew in a day earlier than planned so we could do her class more than once during our stay. Kim plugs you into the deep spiritual part of Bali that we can’t wait to return for. We did 2 classes in the sanctuary sound healing and breath work, both so great! Also this trip we each met with the new healer on staff Devi, which may not be for everyone but was life changing and spot on for what we each needed to hear. Be prepared to just relax and bask in the experience for the rest of the day. Food always great, especially the all plant based new restaurant for breakfast. Private yoga classes and massage all added to another perfect stay. Last but not least is Ms Fysh the concierge who always sets up everything for us. She’s one of the biggest reasons I always come back bringing family and friends with me each time. Fysh and all the staff at Potato Head are the perfect embodiment of what we love best…the beautiful people of Bali. Can’t wait to return for my next adventure and rejuvenation trip to Potato Head.

Best accommodation in Seminyak
Well designed and eco friendly - we liked the welcome gifts (a water bottle that we could fill at any of their restaurants, and a tote bag). Comfy bed with great amenities.
