My room had some bathroom issues but as I alerted the staff, they were responsive. My room was very small and hard to navigate around without bumping into something. Minor things in the overall stay. Also a pretty convenient part of town. I’d stay here again. Maybe see if they have a bigger room lol. "

"Room had lamp shade missing. Everyday after I left the room, I could not access my room. Door card has to be reactivated everyday when I returned from an outing. Apparently they do that for "your protection". I am not sure how deactivating key card protects me. No one can get into my room unless they had a key card. I was never told at check-in that this was their procedure for rooms there. A guest should not have to go to the front desk to get back in their room every time they leave."

"Charming boutique hotel on the east side between Park and Lexington. Fairly convenient to Theater District - about a 20 minute walk. Area is safer and quieter than midtown west side. However there are fewer dining and shopping options in the immediate area after normal business hours. Room size is adequate and rooms are appointed nicely with 2 free bottles of water daily. Room was cleaned everyday in the afternoon while I was out - very convenient. Had problem with air conditioning being...
