"Staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Problem was that room service needs to be ordered hours in advance. It was at 8pm I tried to order room service food on the website. It said room service ends at 11pm. I get an error saying “All tables are booked. Try ordering another day.” Definitely different compared to other hotels I’ve been to. If you want food after dinner time, you’re better off getting convenience store food at the nearby Lawsons."

"Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Disney parks. Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was just a short walk from the Bayside station on the Disney monorail, so getting to the parks was a breeze. We had a triple room whic was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

"In the epicentre of Shinjuku entertainment district, with its restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, services, this Godzilla themed hotel was a fun stay for us. The room was good sized for Tokyo, bed was comfortable, good AC and wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again if we are back in Tokyo."
