The view is so beautiful, both from the lobby and from any floor above. The rooms are small as can be expected for Tokyo so upgrade if you need closet space or a place to sit/unwind.

This hotel is really worth it. Beautiful view but the only con is the room is a tad small (which is most hotels in Japan). It’s not far away from the train station and Ginza is only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again and my girlfriend and I never experienced any smelly oder in the rooms as others have mentioned.

The hotel is in a great location near the train station and metro. You enter the hotel at street level and take elevator to the 18th floor for the reception area. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are cleaned and made up daily. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of food. Coffee could do with improving. The bar area is small but nice, the bar is expensive.
