"The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again."

"This was the perfect spot for my first solo international trip! The property is quaint, charming and has great views. This cute boutique hotel is just around the corner from Quinta Avenida where all the action is, yet the property itself is very quiet. I’ve honestly never slept better. The staff is so kind and helpful! I was here for a week celebrating my 40th birthday. The staff was sure to wish me a happy birthday and even left me this adorable little birthday cake towel art when I got back!...

"L'appartement est très bien, très propre et spacieux. Bien placé pour se balader à pied dans playa del carmen. La plage est accessible aussi à pied. A savoir, la piscine est toujours à l'ombre car elle est comme une rivière au milieu des 2 batiments principaux. Seul bémol est à l'arrivée, l'adresse de la réception n'est indiquée nulle part, j'ai mis 30 min à la trouver le soir à 21h. Le gardien de nuit a fini par m'accompagner."

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. "

"We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!"
