"Overall, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready even though we were already in the middle of check-in. We were then downgraded from a first-floor room to a third-floor room that was much farther away. Traveling with four young kids, who were exhausted and ready to get settled and enjoy the resort, made this especially frustrating. The air conditioning in our room barely worked.
