"All good, pleasant and helpful staff, decent breakfast, room and common areas all well cleaned. Great for transport links, Excellent value. Only gripe was an extremely hot room - set right in the roof of the property with fairly limited ventilation and headroom. Difficult to complain as I had been ungraded to this room when travelling alone prior to my family joining me the following day for a long weekend break. "We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong gutter smell throughout our stay. The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water. When we asked for help staff told us to use a towel to turn the knob but it was extremely difficult and we ended up having cold showers. "Small,stuffy rooms. Toilet and shower in hallway. Shared with an assortment of residents. Some even doing their dishes in the shower. We didn't even stay one night. Avoid."

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."
