"I could not use the kiosk check in because there was an error with my ref no. The staff were rude and unhelpful at the check in. She did not tell me there was a separate kiosk for the parking. I was told the next day and then even though I paid, still I ended up receiving a parking ticket because they saw me leaving before I paid, then when I came back later in the day I did pay what it was midnight and was classed as the next day."

"They had free parking which is a positive. The rooms are very old, extremely hot and out dated. The biggest issue is the WiFi you won't have a good connection better off using your phone as hot-spot. "When I arrived I was allocated a twin room 2 floors up. As I have mobility issues I use the room. There is no lift at the hotel.The receptionist said that was not a problem and offered me a single room on the ground floor. Thank you Olga for that. The room was a bit small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent.
