"Excellent service from Ellilynn and Soyol amongst others. Our bags were lost on the way here and they made sure that they were retrieved from the airport. Overall, a great and very accommodating team. We had the Ocean View King room on the third floor which was fantastic with a huge balcony and beautiful view. Lot of kids about but 5th floor pool is kid free. "

"The entire stay was great and staff were warm and always greeted you with smiles. There was easy access to the private beach which was the highlight of our trip. The only issue we had was having cockroaches in our room probably because we were on the ground floor. Note that the main pool is currently closed for renovation till Oct'24."

"I give 5 stars but its not without small flaws. Walls on our unit were paper thin so we heard upstairs whenever they walked around. The pool and pool bars are awesome. The beach is right there. The restaurant is excellent. The boat to the island goes every hour or so so it can be hard sometimes to plan for. With so much to do on the mainland you need to enjoy staying at the hotel more for this to work. Loved it but might stay on msinkand next time. Great experience "

"A good property for the price. It has a lovely pool and well maintained gardens. Breakfast was good with many options available. Rooms, whilst comfortable, are looking somewhat tired and in need of renovation, particularly bathrooms. The new infinity pool requires payment to use and very few people bother. Seems such a waste for a beautiful facility to sit empty. They need to drop this charge or make it adults only. "

"Very comfortable and luxurious hotel very close to the popular Pantai Cenang beach. The rooms have a modern decor and were very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good range of free and optional paid for facilities. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Our only gripe was the service in the 99 Islands Bar. The staff there have a habitbof 1) forgetting exactly what ypu ordered, 2) taking an extraordinary amount of time to deliver the order, and 3) giving you the wrong bill at the...

"We had a pleasant stay for our Honeymoon at La Villa. Recommend the Villa with Private Pool for a nice relaxing getaway. Free shuttle service to Pantai Cenang which is great for meals and some light shopping. Staff are very helpful. "

"Service was great. Room was great. Ocean view on the beach. Front exterior of th ehotel is somewhat offputting but once you enter there is a great freindly atmosphere and the staff really are attentive to you. Cookies and fruit in your room everyday. Bar was friendly and breakfast was included."

"Lovely place to relax, super food and super attentive and friendly staff nothing too much trouble The rooms are lovely, they are literally up in the rainforest so there are steps to climb but you only need to ask a staff member and they will take you up in the car. The hotel has a farm inland and do a visit with the hotel chef to look around and prepare a meal, well worth it! "
