"Staff incredibly helpful and kind the whole stay. Rooms are modern and clean with daily housekeeping and fresh waters. Pools and surroundings (deck chairs etc) are clean and nice. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt im S'kar Pinang sehr genossen. Schon allein die Bauweise und die viele ausgestellten Kunstwerkesind sehenswert. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, großes Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und sogar ein Extraraum mit riesigem Kleiderschrank - das haben wir bei unseren Reisen noch nicht sehr oft erlebt. Unser Zimmer lag genau vor dem Pool. Hier konnte man gut entspannen, denn um einen herum war nur Natur. Die kleine Anlage hat lediglich 8 Zimmer und so war nie viel Trubel....

Its suggested my 18 year old granddaughter may have caused the stain! This is a most awkward situation over something that guests should not be dealing with!
We did not ruin the linen, we didn't do anything to the linen like draw or write on it so its rude that guests should be asked to pay a fee.
It ruined our last night stay here at the resort, we did not sit at the bar to enjoy a few drinks as we did every other night INSTEAD we went upto our room and discussed how upsetting it was and my 18 year old granddaughter didn't want to sleep on the bed incase she has a cut on her leg that could open laying on the sheets...she is very upset as its made us feel uncomfortable laying on the beds.
How many guests are charged a fee for marks stains from having relations on the sheets?

The list goes on, what about towels is there a fee if the towel gets a bit of blood from cut leg shaving or period???

"1) Given a smelly safety vest during travelling in boat. No point of dressing up nice and wearing perfumes as this smelly safety vest overpower your perfume. Its filthy to wven look at.
2) Not included hair dryer in our stay.
3) They prepared only one buggy for arrival to pick especially during midnight and others need to wait for dropoff instead of preparing 2 or more buggy to pickup as they knew everytime there will be large number people on arrival.
4) Cleanliness is not up to standard.
5) Boat departure and arrival timing are very limited especially for an island which comes with a lot of activities."
