"Check-in was easy enough, even though I had checked in on-line but when I got to hotel, their system was facing issues so I ended up checking in in person. Also there were issues with the system because the keys didn’t work after the first time so I had to get them to fix it twice. The room was good, quiet, bed comfortable. Generally the hotel was good but looking a bit tired in parts. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and shops and restaurants. On-site parking was expensive...

"Convenient location and rooms are well cleaned daily for our 3 day stay. Carpark is limited and may be difficult during full occupancy, Rooms are pleasant and have everything we will need. Late check in can be arranged. "
