It’s alright overall just a bit lack of maintenance and upkeep. Lots of stain on carpet, things just don’t feel as clean as most other places. Front door lock is kinda loose and half broken.

The property is located close to the shops and restaurants- definitely a good location. However unlike the main picture, you’re not going to get a water view. The lake is a 10-15 minute walk. The property is a little outdated and the facilities are worn. There is a MASSIVE step in and out of the shower/bath, if you’re unsteady on your feet, this isn’t for you. I would also recommend taking an extra towel or two. They do only allocate one towel per person, and even if you request extra you will need to repeatedly ask.

With lovely views across Queenstown, the Amity Apartments are perfectly satisfactory. The decor (while dated), is functional, the facilities are clean, the location is good (a few steep metres from the CBD will give your hamstrings a warm up!), and the staff are lovely. However, there was no air conditioning in the upstairs unit I was in became exceptionally hot. And I really struggled with the stairs - it was a challenge getting up and down with luggage, and they didn’t feel especially sturdy underfoot. There weren’t any hand rails and the snow grip felt squishy. I *would* stay here again, but would recommend requesting the bottom units which are protected from the afternoon sun and don’t have stairs.

The unit was very clean and tidy. The room was not look same as like booked online, but when I talk to the front desk they changed the room with out any difficulties. Ver appreciated. All services were excellent.
