"The Breakfast was NOT fresh and as a result - I acquired Salmonella poisoning on my last day and spend 3 days in the Hospital -- probably from an Omelet that was not cooked thoroughly."

"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"
