My stay at the Mercure in Putrajaya was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, the Mercure Putrajaya combines lovely rooms, excellent service, and helpful staff, making it a great choice whether travelling for business or leisure.

Comfortable space with ample opportunity to climate control each room. Nice pool, shopping right across the road and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. Not even a bench offered to smokers in the small outside area they allow you to smoke.

Overall great place, however more oriented for business stay not vacation. Very close to a Mall with food court and biggest Mall in Malaysia 5 mins grab ride. Swimming pool lovely but no parasol and limited sun beds/ chairs. Nice gym but could turn on ac. Breakfast big spread but once items are finished you have to ask for replenishment. With few improvements would have rated 5 star.

Toiletries and apartment amenities are complete, with auto washer/dryer and a separate washing machine in our unit and a space to air-dry clothes are a big plus when traveling with kids. Mall next door, walkable with covered bridge are extra pluses. Pool and spa spaces are wonderful for families as well as adults. Convenience store in bldg is also helpful for wants/needs, and it even sells raw meats in small pkgs. No laundry detergent provided in unit, but avail in large bag in store.

I don’t know if they don’t know if they not enough staff or they didn’t take this job seriously. Quite dissapointing for a 4 star hotel, some of the staff are good such as at the reception, and the waitresses. Some are not as the food quality is not really good. The housekeeping is also the same, they are not taking this job seriously as they only cleaned the room while talking. I really hope they can make some improvement in terms of food quality and staff , services. And also not recomended for the disabilities guest. I will not book this hotel again. Thank you

空港からKLIAで数駅と近い。ホテルの前にアラマンダショッピングモールがあり、買い物にも食事にも便利。タオルに髪の毛が付いていたり、洗面台の縁が汚れているなど細かい部分はきになるが、モーニングバイキングのメニューは豊富でおいしいし、フロントスタッフやベルボーイも親切かつフレンドリー。
