"The location is fantastic—very walkable and close to everything while being safe and quiet. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay feel really welcoming. Clean amenities and excellent service all around. The only downside was the mattress—it was an older coil style and not the most comfortable for a good night’s sleep. That said, everything else was lovely, and I’d still happily stay here again for the great location and overall experience."

"This was a beautiful hotel with a convenient walk to the Tube. Our room and bathroom were larger than most UK hotels we have been staying at, and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel is just beautiful and clean! "

"After getting past the glassed in reception the place feels very homey and safe. It’s clean, larger rooms and the window as great. They provide shampoo, soap, and coffee. The shower is the entire bathroom so that was interesting for someone travelling from North America although it’s common in the UK. Despite what the listing says there’s no breakfast option anymore. The room was a bit loud both from steer traffic and other rooms. Overall convenient, safe and affordable. "
