"Firstly, before booking, please note that the roads leading to the resort are curvy, steep hills. Therefore, walking around to explore is not really feasible. However, the resort does provide a free shuttle to take you to Patong Beach (located at the bottom of the hill). "At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. "We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill.
