The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from bangla road where the main party activities are held, 10 minutes walk to Patong beach and Jungceylon a massive shopping mall.It is a family run guest house and they were always ready to help me and serve me. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it as it is in a quiet road away from all the Patong noisy activities but at the same time only 10 minutes walk away!

Price performance is ok Service and personal are very friendly The electric equipment makes loud noise in the night and the bathroom unfortunately had not a little mold.

La dame de l’accueil est très sympa et serviable. Propre et au centre ville pour le positif. Négatif : pas d’eau chaude même si cela ne m’a pas dérangé car il a fait chaud mais pas pour ma fille. En gros parfait pour un court séjour

Great stay for the price it was. Property is a bit dated, as can be seen in the bathroom and room for example. However, it was quite clean. Bed is quite stiff in case that bothers you. Also there are no elevators. I stayed on second floor so it was easy enough to get my bag up and down. Staff are quick and friendly. Location is pretty convenient - close to the rowdiness but not too close so it's quieter. There's food and convenience stores around the block. The hotel is tucked in a small street with a big sign helping you find the place.

Stayed at B1. Room was clean and huge. I Liked the balcony. Staff were nice and friendly. Helped me get a cheap city tour. (Note: They offer cheaper tour packages compare to outside tour agencies) Place was accessible. Just 10 mins to Walking Street and 5 mins to Patong Beach. Overall experience was Superb. Will definitely book this hotel again. 😉

extremely bad experience with the front desk and manager. We arrived at hotel 1 day before our booking having wrongly booked by hotels.com just 1 hour before arrival ( my mistake). The front desk did not try to find any solutions (there are many) to avoid us to pay the room twice (free rooms were available). They tried to cheat and did not wanted to the request for "cancelation without charge " by hotels.com. Finally hotels.com cancel the booking over the phone in calling me back (top service from hotels.com). While trying to solve our issue, a french familly with small child arrived earlier in warm clothes and were not even proposed any changing room option while waiting for the room to be ready (3 hours later). I m sure there was free rooms already available. This hotel should be avoided and in fact be withdrawn of any hotel booking system. Stay away!!! Just looking at your money! Disrespectul and demonstrate a bad taste about Thailand hospitality between no competency and fraud! I do not understand their current rate/note!

Versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse befindet sich das Hotel. Anfangs dachten wir, wo wir gelandet wären aufgrund dieser Gasse. Das Hotel ist aber sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen hervorragenden Service mit sehr netten zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Zu dem Preis kann man nicht mehr verlangen. Man hat ein gemütliches Bett und die Zimmer werden täglich mit Liebe aufgeräumt. Was mir auch aufgefallen ist, ist das es die erste Toilettenspülung in Thailand war, wo man keine Angst haben muss, dass es nicht durchgeht. Einzig allein unsere Duschtüre ließ sich nicht ganz zu ziehen.
