"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. Walking distance to the US Embassy, Luneta, Manila Bay. The accommodation was excellent and the Staff were great. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would recommend this hotel to Family and friends."

"Always have miss communication between the staff. Stayed for 8 days and got extra 2 rooms for my family but never got updated. WiFi has been change to many different password??? It’s cheap and getting a toilet paper is a pain. I guess it doesn’t matter now."
