The room was cold because the a/c control did not allow the temperature to be raised enough and could not turn it of. Also the ceiling fan would not turn off.

Everything else was all good, with the exception of the rooms wifi services. I was having some troubles with connecting towards the end of my stay. But other than that, the people here were very good people and polite.

Very disappointed. I reserved 6 rooms and had problems in 3. I always stay at Red Planet hotels and like them, especially the ones in Binondo and Manila Bay because they had a microwave, a pot for boiling water, and a couple cups/glasses, in addition to a safe. I also stayed at the one in Mabini which didnā€™t have those appliances. This trip, I stayed at ASEANA and Makati. I will look for other hotels for future trips.

Pros: friendly approachable staff Value for money Fantastic view of the city Cons: Facilities & items (particularly the pillows and beddings, side table, table, curtains, TV, toilet sink, towels) inside the room are noticeably old and used up. The lobby and hallways are ok otherwise.
