#1. STAFF. The ALL went above and beyond with their service. All were welcoming, warm, sincere, and professional. Even the staff in the background also shared all the hospitality front staff did. I made many, many requests and every single one was attended to quickly and happily! Even my health concerns, they had a staff bring up a BP monitor to my room and take my blood pressure. I was very unwell and they sent staff to the minimart to get my requests to bring up my blood sugar. Every single one was very responsive to meeting my needs. Housekeeping tirelessly fulfilled my many request. The housekeeping assigned to my floor was exemplary! She was very through cleaning my room and I did not have to ask after the first time, she provided my extra request for my room. The operations manager Matthew Ko was a leader that commended his staff and and is an example of how management leads and inspires his staff! He listened and took on board my comments. This is rare in a manager! #2 The location! Not only is Mall of Asia is right across, but taking GRAB to the farther parts of the Mall only costed $1.39 USD! To the left of the hotel was an amusement park, numerous restaurants and buffets, and an exercise path along the canal. May locals also sit on the retaining walls to relax. The location is so clean and safe. There are no traces of homeless or beggars. Rides to other location averaged 30 mins. Down the street to the right of the hotel was more amenities.
