"The Cleveland Residences, above all else, was a wonderful location. Easy access to the market as well as to the Underground made it an excellent stay. The size of the room for 4 people worked out just fine. Our bed was broken and we needed to create a make shift support. But other than that, no complaints. It was overall a solid stay."

"For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Cheval Three Quays. The apartments are spacious , have spectacular views on the Thames and all the amenities you can possibly as for. The location could not be better with a Starbucks and Pret Manager right across the street , access to the Uber boat within a 2 min walk and easy access to public transportation. The staff were very courteous and they made sure we had a comfortable stay . We will definitely be returning on our next visit to London ."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet. Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."
