"This is a fantastic place! We stayed for 5 nights, in a family room. It was amazing. The beds are heavenly, the room was really spacious and great! It is clean and fresh and just perfect. The front desk service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff! The location is unbeatable, you have two tubes in close vicinity, but it still feels like a calm and quiet neighborhood. Yes, the halls ARE narrow, but don't get fooled...the hotel is just perfect! We will for sure be back!!"

I use a wheel chair and the main lifts were out of order but staff gave me rear excess key next to there service lift which really helped Only issue i had room was really hot and i had no way adjusting thr temperature in the room which i just had to open the windows but being on 6th floor and having yoing child with me was a worry . The main windows do open all the way they should have a way to stop this as i was worred toleave...

"Every chance I have to stay at a Citadines’ property, I am grateful. The rooms are large, the kitchenette very functional, the staff courteous and helpful. South Kensington lived up to, no, exceeded my expectations. If you have never stayed there, this is your chance for a wonderful experience. In addition, it is close to one of the best Underground stations in London. And, there is a fabulous grocery store (Waitrose) nearby and a pharmacy and wonderful restaurants as well. Finally, let’s not...

"部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)"
