"Clean room, nice breakfast "

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"The location was perfect. 10 min walking from Victoria station. I need to highlight front desk staff named Neck. He definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful. "

"Nice location , restaurants and markets like 2 minutes walk . Hotel was clean and staff friendly , but if you need quite room to sleep make sure to especify when booking, our room we could hear the train it was very noisy."

Solo 2 asciugamani di dimensioni medie in bagno, ne avrei gradito uno più piccolo per le mani. Soffione della doccia non regolabile in altezza. Sono delusa soprattutto dal fatto di aver pagato molto di più per una camera con finestra che poi non si poteva aprire (e non avevo panorama dato che l'affaccio dava su un brutto cortile interno): avrei risparmiato volentieri i soldi. "Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving...

"Room was clean and updated. Housekeeping came in everyday with fresh towels; added unexpected additional guest and add’l towels & robe provided w/o request. Buffet breakfast was very good, maybe a little pricey if you’re not a big eater"

"The room was larger than we expected for England. Great location very short walk to Victoria Coach Station and a few extra minutes walk to Victoria Train Station. Very basic breakfast for 11 pounds…no coffee available to guest during breakfast hours.. it some instant coffee in room. "
