"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

We had an activity that required help with our luggage before the check-in time, and there was no one at the front desk at arrival. I tried to call management to coordinate but no one picked up. The note at the front desk was vague and did not specify when the receptionist would be back. A really scary experience was seeing our door cracked open when we came back after being gone all day because the room service...

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. "We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse — it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully laid out, with a fantastic private terrace that wraps all the way around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and induction hob. Whether preparing a full meal, a quick snack, or simply heating something up, it made everything easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better....
