"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. We kept commenting on how spacious it was, how nice the bathrooms were, everything so clean, and so great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer so that we didn’t have to pack as much!
