"Hotel staff are friendly. Love the breakfast buffet spread . Even give us a wedding anniversary cake. "

"The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes."

"The 3 best parts were; 1) its right next to a well tenanted mall and old food streets across the roads; directly connected to mall via lift on 8 floor(need to transfer) 2) rooms were relatively well maintained 3) breakfast has a very wide variety of food. Coffee machine has decent coffee"

"A very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. However, the noise from the main road in front of the hotel intrudes into the rooms facing it. Especially the noisy motorcycles. Would definitely stay there again but I will ask for a room facing away from the road."

"Wifi was not stable and signal kept dropping. Frustrating and took time to reply to my emails. Room was quite dated and please do not believe the pictures on the website. The toilet tiles were stained and heavy black build up between the grouting. I choose a non smoking room, but clearly there were other rooms smoking on the same floor. Better hotel rooms in the city at that price point. "
