Kid Friendly Hotels in Batam

"The morning breakfast has a good variety of food. Bed was ok but pillows were a little soft. Internet access was good. They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also. A family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools, one for the kids also. Even have a kids room and daily kids activities."

"Great hotel and is always my favorite one to stay. Nice and comfortable to stay here, shopping malls and eateries is all around this hotel and within walking distance. Friendly receptionist and staff of this hotel, especially Shalbrina always never let me down. Try this hotel’s hospitality if you anyone wish to visit Batam."

"Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. Location was a bit far from many popular areas. It stated that there was a medical center within the hotel but it was closed when my family was sick and needed to access medical help. The room was locked and the front desk said it would be closed for the whole day. We did not use the service but the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the ferry, that is helpful."

"This Ibis Styles is very good, the rooms are big, the pool is good and best of all is the rooftop bar and restaurant. The decoration is funky and interesting I will definitely stay again"
