"The best hotel so far i have stay. Iean the price is very affordable with 5 star experience and stay. You got welcome drink while you wait for the entrace documentation ready and payment. Then got welcome with very pretty room overlooking the sea. You got a nice deco once your room complete clean up. The breakfast varieties is top tier, they have western, local, and dessert, pastry. "Hotel is conveniently located by the airport, no need to step outside to get to the check-in area. Hotel is clean, gym amenities are ok. Our room was spacious, but there should be a way to darken some of the windows (impossible to have a completely dark room). One negative: we could hear the planes taking off."

"I booked a 6 hr stay with this hotel, & I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The checkout for my hotel was 11, & my flight wasn’t until 10:50pm. This 6 hr stay really allowed my family, & I to get a few hrs of sleep, an excellent lunch, & a fresh shower all while being through the airport check in! First I had to go to my terminal and get my boarding pass, then I took the Skytrain back to Terminal 1. "We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."
