"The best hotel so far i have stay. Iean the price is very affordable with 5 star experience and stay. You got welcome drink while you wait for the entrace documentation ready and payment. Then got welcome with very pretty room overlooking the sea. You got a nice deco once your room complete clean up. The breakfast varieties is top tier, they have western, local, and dessert, pastry. "The room is spacious and simple. It is near One Batam Mall and walkable. The breakfast is simple and can be crowded early in the morning. Access to all the popular malls easily via Grab or Gojek at reasonable price. I'll stay again next time. Please do not expect luxury at this price. "

"Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...
