Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

I like the staff greeted me with a smile, the parking was easy to find as the basement parking is designated for hotel guests, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is linked to 1 Utama. The room is quite spacious， I suggest adding a chair or lounge chair into the room. It will feel more comfortable and look warm.

Great location and food

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. The view to the Petronas Twin Tower is amazing. The breakfast was great, the service was brilliant and the room is cozy.

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.

I didn’t stay here on those dates. I wasn’t even in KL so there could be something wrong with the system. Rated all 5-stars because I have been there before and it was good then.

Room quite comfortable, reasonable price

This time it’s a bigger room of 44m2 vs previously 25m2. There was a living room and basically all amenities are premium level with a coffee machine. A worthy choice.

Very good hotel located at Mid valley shopping centre.

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint. The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious. Value for money

New and modern hotel, within walking distance to KLCC. The rooms and bathroom are large.
