"The smoothest check in/out I’ve ever experienced"

"I enjoyed my stay very much. I try to book this hotel because I like it so much. My only comment/complaint is that the pillows are way too soft and the shade doesn’t block out the light the way a curtain does. It was a bit difficult to sleep. But if my only takeaway was bad sleep, I’ll take it. My overall experience here was great."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers."

"The entire property was clean, never overly busy, staff was nice and helpful. The restaurants were good and food was delicious The room was big for NYC, clean, smelled nice and stocked. Couldn’t have asked for more"

"The hotel is in a great location for anyone who is wanting to hit the main attractions of New York. Brilliant for first timers as you can access most things by foot or get the subway which is also close. I can confirm that the street is very quite despite it being so close to times square. You take a turn, walk for abit and you enter a very quite street. I am a very noise sensitive sleeper and had no issues with outside noise. However, the walls in between the rooms are very thin and are mainly a problem if someone decides to have a late shower then it sounds like a water fountain next to your head. With that all being said, i'd recommend anyone to stay here if its there first time in New York as overall I can't complain."
