"Great check-in process for two of us with limited vision. Showed us our room and gave us directions to Big Bus stop, Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. Very close to Paddington Station while being near area restaurants."

The staff we encountered were all very friendly, especially the lady who greeted us on arrival and showed us the electronic check-in option (sorry, can’t remember her name).
