"I have booked through Expedia several times and if I request a different room type or an upgrade they act as if they can't accommodate since I booked through Expedia and not directly through Disney."

"The only complaint was check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. I checked in on-line early (7am) and went to Epcot. Came back and verified in person around 1pm. At 3pm a room was not ready. 3:30p room was still not ready. Room was not ready until about 3:50pm. For the cost of a Disney deluxe resort your room should be ready at the advertised check-in time. To their credit a manager was apologetic and took steps to minimize the inconvenience. Other than the room not being ready the hotel was beautiful....

"We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back."

"It was our first stay at Wilderness Lodge. We did a 2 night deluxe club level stay and we enjoyed it. Room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean well maintained. "

"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"1 nacht gebleven. Goede vriendelijke receptionist. Ontbijt is goed. Kamer was groot(suite) en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Goede locatie bij het vliegveld met gratis shuttle naar vliegveld. Beneden is er 24 uur koffie( ook op de kamer) Wel aan te raden"

"Spacious clean and close to the airport with free shuttle service every 15 minutes. Decent enough bar and pool areas. Good surrounding eateries."

"The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that the hallways to the rooms smelled very bad like stale pee."

"We had missed our flight out of MCO because of a motor vehicle accident. I had booked this online early in the AM. We arrived at 11am and had planned to ask if they would store our luggage and we would just go explore the area. They let us check in early without any issue at all. Very accommodating to us. Only downfall is their free airport shuttle does not go in to terminal C. But we chose to uber it"
