"Reception desk was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We were traveling with our preschool aged daughter and they welcomed her with a teddy bear, coloring pencils, stickers and a coloring book. Very thoughtful. We only stayed one night since we were traveling back home to U.S. so the location with a proximity to the airport (CDG) was perfect — only 11 minutes away.
