"We had such a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff were incredibly professional and kind, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was not only clean but also equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the breakfast and light meals we tried a couple of times; they were quite satisfying! The lounge in the basement was a lovely touch, offering great snacks and drinks that we appreciated. Overall, we fell in love with both the hotel and Kyoto, and we can't wait to return!"

"I absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful. English was spoken, and it was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. Also next to a few shrines, and a museum. If you arrive here tired and don't want to go far, you can still find somethings to do around. I absolutely loved my time here, we had a washing mashine in our room and were provided with laundry detergent, essentials like a toothbrush, a comb, razor, shaving cream. I'm honestly absolutely pressed at the service and how affordable it was. The beds were a little on the hard side I will say but other than that, fabulous hotel. "
