"Amazing stay for our first visit to Kyoto. The staff at this hotel cannot be more accommodating and helpful. From the minute we walked through their doors, they made sure we had everything we need. They even helped carried our luggages to our room. I cannot say enough for the traditional Kaiseki breakfast. The meals each day were delicious and prepared with care. The whole staff treated us like family. I will definitely be back again."

"This was our first stay at a Dusit Thani hotel and it was BY FAR the best hotel experience we have had anywhere in the world. The staff were so attentive and friendly and we waited for nothing.
