i love the location which is just beside river. furthermore, the green theme of room very calm and soothing. The bed and pillows are very good. Only the room key card is something was not during my stay. Not sure only my room has this issue. As i need swap more 10 times to get the room door to open. ...

Nice hotel, good swimming pools right next to beach. ATV on beach was fun. Breakfast was satisfying. Rabbit feeding was a hit with my 2 nieces. Overall we had a very nice holiday at a nice hotel at an affordable price. I would happily return here for another holiday.

I prefer a little more cleaning up room and shower room. Because of the season, inside room and shower room are humidity. staffs are really kind.

A home away from home.i do not like the carpark as you have to walk up the stairs or up the slope

Large spacious family suite, dining area was lovely, wide variety of food for breakfast Overall, a very pleasant stay Pool area needs a little work as it looks bare and half finished - needs shade, plants, water feature for little kids etc

not easy to find. Staff all friendly and helpful. Suprised to find we were only guests in entire resort on the Sunday.

Breakfast included. Aircond not functioning well.
