"Great stay at Arena Residence. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to the airport. The room was clean and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. There’s also a nice swimming pool to relax in. They provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience😍😍"

"Perfect for our needs (a sleep during our 10 hour stop over). Room was tidy and clean. Check in was simple, wake up call was available and cheap taxi service was oragnised with the front desk when we needed to return to the airport."

"The bed sheet and tower are really not clean, and the tap water is yellow, the shampoo and body lotion bottle is totally empty. While the room size and layout is good. The service team provides support very late at night which is appreciated."

"The room was fine for our one night in Kuala Lumpur in transit. However getting in touch with the accommodation was not easy as there is no front desk and they didnt answer when we called. Also there is no wifi so we even though they eventually messaged us check in and check out details we couldn't get the messages without internet. The pool was very nice and the room was clean however there was only a bottom sheet on the beds and a furry blanket - no top sheets which was very strange."

"I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. Thanks to that, I was able to check in and out without any issues. Unfortunately, I did spot a few cockroaches when I woke up in the morning, which was disappointing.
