The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. "Great location, staff, breakfast, clean big room with good facility. We had a power issue on 31Jan where it went off for about 3min and then came back on automatically. I reported to the front desk about half to 1 min into the blackout. The important thing is how the staff managed after I reported which was excellent. The problem was identified by technician within 5 to 10min and a new replacement room was found and we were transferred within 30min. Staff were curteous and helpful appologetic even though the fault was not foreseeable or preventable. I received a letter of apology and some token presents (niblies and a bottle of sparkling water) which was very much appreciated. Power fault was bad but the way the staff handled it was great. I would stay there again - no issues."
