"I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and caused significant inconvenience. We arrived at midnight around 2:00am and found that only one receptionist was on duty to handle check-ins. Despite having booked and paid for a Premier Room with two single beds, the room was not reserved for us. The receptionist suggested downgrading our booking with complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this did not suit us as we had an early morning meeting and could not make use of the breakfast. Instead, we were placed in a room with an extra bed and were asked to move again the next day. This arrangement caused us unnecessary disruption and inconvenience. We had expected a smoother experience, especially given that our booking was confirmed and paid in advance. We hope the hotel will improve in ensuring room availability, better handling of late check-ins, and offering compensation that is truly practical for guests. Thank you for your attention."

"this phone number on google 03-8787 8708 is just for show. before booking the hotel, i tried calling but nobody answers the call, and it just rings until you hang up. until the day that I have arrived and stayed at the hotel, i needed to call the reception for the buggy service, but the phone in the room is not working. the google phone number doesn't pick up at all. I had to run all the way to the lobby to call the buggy service as I had a lot of luggage, and I almost missed the shuttle to the airport. tried calling using room phone at 10.45am, but doesn't work, tried calling google phone number until 10.50am, and I ran to the lobby by then. what they all have to say is I will check. This is unacceptable"
