"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. "Clean rooms, rent scooters for RM 45 per day. Clean room upon request. Officr only open 9am-6pm. Very far away from tourist areas. Car or scooter will be required. "

"It’s a budget friendly hotel with all the basic amenities needed especially for solo, business or even small groups . It’s not fancy but the location is okay and the staff, especially Dan, is very friendly and helpful. Wifi and the shower (hot water) worked perfectly . "

"We like the location, which was reasonably central for us. I want to say the staff was absolutely amazing. Their hospitality was next to none. There was ample parking. The property is dated Ave requires renovations, however it was OK. I would stay here again. "
