"The hotel is very dated and not at all like the pictures indicate. The room and bathroom was clean but because the fittings were so old everything looked dirty. The bath tub was yellow. Whilst this isn't a problem in itself the shower curtain was so old it was all yellow and had patches of black mould and the towels were so old it was all frayed. I cannot understand how they can operate under such standards and claim they are a 4* hotel. The only good thing about the stay was the spa which was...

"The staff were excellent—friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The Jelapeng restaurant’s à la carte menu was excellent. The dishes were flavorful and consistently served hot, clearly prepared fresh upon ordering. Breakfast was fresh, but the variety was limited. It would be great to have more options. For example, the fruits were consistently only watermelon and pineapple. A handheld bidet spray is not available in the toilet. Instead, there is a water hose with a wall-mounted valve. For...
