"Needs renovation immediately…. Nice hotel but outdated rooms… "

"The location is beautiful on the beach and pool is lovely. Staff are fine but would be nice to see some proactive customer care on pool and beach? Buffet breakfast is a shambles and left out omelettes at 945 when it closes at 1030 Isn’t great! The place is lovely for a beach chilled resort and close to some great restaurants. Get a suite if you can the space is was great and room view so beautiful "

"Spotless room, beautifully appointed and all members of staff friendly and happy to do anything we needed . Syed in particular was very helpful on our arrival. All in all a wonderful holiday in a beautiful setting . "

"Stunning pool and beach area, food nice with many restaurants to choose from , friendly staff, very relaxing. The lodge was old but bathroom had been given a modern facelift. I liked the rustic charm "

"Check-in was a total joke. We sat there for an hour (after check-in time) waiting for them to sort passports and paperwork and had to chase constantly. Even when it got done the guy then said we have an issues with your room so it will take 5 minutes. 1 hour later still nothing so went to speak to manager who said room not cleaned yet so need to wait - I kicked up a fuss and manager came out and assigned a room straight away so turn off right from start. Room was fine - a little dated. Hotel is far too big but we knew that before so that’s on us. Breakfast was pretty good I would choose the hotel next door - Casa del Mar (it was already fully booked for our dates but definitely stay there instead - better location too). "

"The staff were courteous and the daily breakfast was great. The room could have been better and the solar hot water system didn’t work during the evening. Other hotel guests were often noisy outside our room and not really mindful or considerate in this regard"
