"We were able to reach the property on foot after getting off the tram at Haymarket Station. Took less than 5 minutes. We were given a code ahead of time for the front door and our room and we appreciated that they were the same so you don’t have to try and remember so many numbers. Our room was on the first floor, no elevators guys, but it wasn’t a problem for us because we only had two carry ons. The room was small but clean and the bed extra comfy! "Easy to access, bustop right outside. It took 25 min to Edinburgh by bus. Our room (with private bathroom) was clean and nice. It was kind of thin walls though, we could all hear each other. We were only there for 3 nights, but we would recommend it! "

"Clean, quiet guest house in a convenient location. About a 30 minute walk to downtown Royal Mile or there are city buses that stop right across the street. Close to sights and downtown without the noise and busyness. We had a room at the back of the property with a lovely view. Restaurants and cafes nearby. "

"A nice simple guesthouse to stay in Edinburgh that is close to good amenities that are walkable and close to bus routes. Friendly owner who went out of his way to allow us an earlier check in as we needed a jet lag nap and our flight had been changed. "
