"My family has stayed here on more than one occasion. I stayed here with my young teenage daughter and her best friend, we felt safe. There is a small store in the lobby in case you forget anything and a restaurant. There is also a Walgreens, McDonalds, and Perkins at the corner. "

"Great hotel for families. Loved having shuttle buses to Universal parks. Hotel is very a accommodating for food, souveniers and even has a Starbucks! We had a family suite which was great for having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s huge and the common areas do get a bit crowded. Check-in took quite a long time. However the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Just a few minutes from Universal, with great free shuttles. Would definitely stay again for all the conveniences."
